4. Payments & Refunds

ReyaTech offers subscription-based access. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription Cycles: Payments are billed on a monthly or yearly basis in advance.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided on the ReyaTech platform, including course materials, videos, code examples, graphics, and logos, is the exclusive property of ReyaTech Systems Private Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the content for personal learning purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReyaTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or any certifications earned through the platform.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
